John Anderson is the Director of Solutions Management for McKesson’s Managed Services Organization. In this role, he oversees product management for all of the solutions provided by MSO. These solutions include infrastructure technologies, SystemCare Security and Extranet services and Remote Hosting solutions. With over 23 years of corporate experience in technical roles, including over 6 years in Storage Engineering, John has worked in a variety of Engineering and Development roles. Prior to his position in Solutions Management, John worked for McKesson in Product Development (Storage) and as a Pre-Sales Engineer, designing enterprise storage solutions for Healthcare customers.

Charles (Chuck) Burbank is a retired U.S. Navy Chief Hospital Corpsman that served over 23 years on active duty including service as an Independent Duty Corpsman on Nuclear Submarines. Currently Chuck serves as the HIPAA Coordinator at one of Houston's largest health systems assisting with the development, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of HIPAA policies and practices Prior to this position, Chuck was employed as a contractor serving as HIPAA Privacy and Security specialist for two U.S. Air Force Bases. He was responsible for advising on Privacy and Security matters, policy development, and risk assessments.
